You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bo55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bo55 support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.
All deposits to your bo55 Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bo55 does not apply currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and USDT TRC20.
bo55 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bo55 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods where third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bo55 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal processing times are published on the Platform and are indicative only. bo55 may delay withdrawals where AML screening, fraud investigation, or regulatory requirements necessitate additional review.
